Delivery is carried out in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Delivery is FREE.

When placing an order on the official VITACCI website, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you and see the estimated delivery times indicated for each option. This way you can make a choice and calculate when to expect to receive your order.

Ways to receive an order:

• courier to the door,
• CDEK order pick-up point.

Fitting

Trying on the goods with the courier is possible within 15 minutes from the moment of his arrival. Trying on goods at the pick-up point (order pick-up point) has no time limits. Unsuitable items will be returned according to our return policy. The total number of products in one order is no more than 6 units.

Storage

The period of free storage of the order at the pick-up point (order pick-up point) is 14 calendar days. If the shelf life of the goods exceeds 14 calendar days, then paid storage begins. Each calendar day of paid storage will cost 30 rubles. Paid storage costs are borne by the buyer. Thus, if you need to delay goods in storage for more than 14 days, then paid storage will be charged at a rate of 30 rubles for each calendar day of delay. When placing your order and delivery you will be provided with all details and payment terms for paid storage so that you can make an informed decision.
