How to place an order

1. Choose the platform that is most convenient for you:
- Official site
- Mobile app

2.Go to the section of interest (Shoes, Bags, Clothing, etc.) and subsection (Ballet flats, Backpacks, Dresses, etc.);

3. Use filters to find the most suitable product from the range (Color, Size, Price, etc.);

4. Go to the card of the product you like;

5. Select the required size in the product card;

6. Click on the “Add to Cart” button. The product will automatically be added to your cart. You can add any number of items to your cart;

7. A pop-up window will appear on the screen, in which you will have the opportunity to either return to your purchases by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button, or go
to place your order by clicking the “Place Order” button below. Select the required action;

8. A pop-up window will appear on the screen, giving you the option to either return to shopping by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button or proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button below. Select the required action;

9. To place an order, go to the "Cart" section. View its contents. You can change the quantity of goods in the cart or remove what you do not need by checking or unchecking the boxes next to the goods;

10. To complete your order, you need to click on the “Place an order” button;

9. On the registration page, enter all contact information*:
- FULL NAME,
- E-mail address,
- phone number,
- delivery address (city, address, street, house, apartment/office),
- comments on the order

11. To apply a promotional code, enter the coupon code in the “Promotional Code” field and click the “Apply” button;

12. Choose a convenient payment option: Upon receipt in cash or by card through the terminal;

13. Select delivery method:
- SDEK delivery to door
- SDEK delivery to pickup point

14. Click the "Place an order" button;

15. After clicking the “Place an order” button, a pop-up window will appear on the screen in which you agree to receive a one-time SMS code to confirm the order.
By clicking the “Get code” button, you will receive an SMS message with a confirmation code on your phone number (which you specified when registering on the site). Enter the confirmation code from the SMS message in the “Order Confirmation” window. After you enter the confirmation code, you will receive a message indicating that your order has been successfully completed and will see your order number. Next, the order will be transferred to our manager.
