Returning goods of proper quality

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" clause 4, article 26.1, you have the right to return goods of proper quality purchased in online store, in within 14 calendar days, starting from the next day after receipt of the goods.

To return a product of proper quality, you must:

• Contact the manager by email vozvrat@vitaccishop.ru to receive a return application.

Returned items can be sent using the following methods::

• CDEK order pick-up point

After receiving the returned goods, the online store employees check for safety and compliance with the original condition. The product must be packaged in a branded box with all attachments. If the item shows no signs of wear or damage, you will be refunded the full price of the item within 10 days of receipt of the return.

Funds will be returned:

• To the card, if the order was paid for by card.
• To a bank account when paying in cash.
• When returning a new product, the money will be returned according to the price in the product order. Shipping costs are not refundable as the service has been provided.

Returning goods of inadequate quality

You can return a product of inadequate quality (defective) within the warranty period.

To return a product of inadequate quality (defective), you must:

• Contact the manager by email vozvrat@vitaccishop.ru to receive a return application.

Returned goods can be sent in the following ways:

• CDEK order pick-up point

Money will be returned:

• To the card, if the order was paid for by card.
• To a bank account when paying in cash.

The money is returned to the buyer as a result of receiving the results of a quality check or examination. The product must be packaged in a branded box with all attachments. If a manufacturing defect is detected, the period for transferring funds is 10 days from the date of receipt of the return. The buyer is compensated for the costs of delivery and return of goods.
