LEVELS IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Each client participating in the VITACCI loyalty program is assigned a personal client card number. The customer card contains information about all purchases made using the card, as well as returns. This allows you to record the total amount of funds actually spent by the client and set his level of privileges in the program.

A customer's level in the loyalty program is determined based on the total amount of purchases made by the customer during a certain period of participation in the program. The greater the total amount of savings, the higher the customer level: customers with the highest level can receive additional discounts and exclusive offers.

It is important to note that this loyalty system allows you not only to track purchases, but also to take into account returns. This guarantees honesty and fairness in calculating the client's savings.

When you receive a Basic Card in an online store, a discount is provided on your first purchase.

Savings are credited to the client’s personal number using any payment method for goods in the VITACCI online store.

The discount on loyalty program cards applies exclusively to assortments from the New Collection.

The discount on loyalty cards does not apply to assortments from the SALE category, but the purchase amount is credited to the loyalty program card.

When a client returns a product, the accrued amount for the corresponding product is debited from his personal card number. This ensures that savings reflect the customer's actual purchases. When the total amount of savings reaches a certain threshold, which allows you to move to the next discount level in accordance with the Loyalty Program Levels table, the client’s card automatically moves to the new level. This process takes place the next day after the purchase price is credited to the customer's account.

Thus, customers have the opportunity to gradually increase their level in the loyalty program, depending on the total amount of savings, and receive corresponding discounts and privileges the next day after reaching the corresponding threshold.

Information that a new level of the loyalty program is available to the client is sent by e-mail; information about the new level of the loyalty program is also contained in the client’s Personal Account.
